Getting started
Your dashboard
What the figures, chart and lists on your dashboard mean.
The dashboard shows how your invoicing is doing at a glance. Open it from Dashboard at the top of the menu.
Choose the period and currency
- Period — choose 7 days, 30 days, 3 months or 12 months. The figure cards and the cash flow chart follow it. The dashboard opens on 12 months.
- Currency — if you invoice in more than one currency, a currency switcher appears at the top. Each currency is shown separately; amounts are never converted and added together.
The four figure cards
| Card | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Total Invoices | Everything you invoiced in the period |
| Collected | Payments you received in the period |
| Pending | Invoices still waiting to be paid — including overdue ones |
| Overdue | Unpaid invoices whose due date has passed |
Each card also shows how it compares with the period before.
An invoice becomes overdue automatically once its due date passes while money is still owed. Nobody has to mark it.
Cash flow
The chart compares three things over the period:
- Invoiced — what you billed
- Collected — what you were paid
- Expenses — what you spent
Total receivables
The total still owed to you, split into:
- Current — not yet due
- Overdue — past its due date
Recent invoices
Your five most recent invoices. Select View all to see every invoice, or New invoice at the top of the page to create one.
Good to know
- Team members only see the dashboard if their role allows it.
- The dashboard counts invoices. Sales rung up at the till are in Sell → Sales, and the fuller picture is in Finance → Reports.
