Company details
Put your logo, business name and address on your invoices, quotes and receipts.
Your company details appear on the documents you send customers: invoices, quotes and receipts.
Where to find them
In the menu, open Workspace → Settings.
Choose Company details.
What you can set
| Field | Where it's used |
|---|---|
| Logo | The top of your invoices, quotes and receipts |
| Business name | Your documents, and the name your team sees |
| Business phone | Your documents, so customers can call you |
| Business address | Your documents |
| Country | Your payment methods and local tax tools |
| Signature | Your invoices |
| Footer note | The bottom of your invoices — for example, "Thank you for your business! Payment due within 14 days." |
Save when you're done. New and existing documents pick up the change the next time they're opened.
Different details for each branch
If you have more than one store, each branch can show its own address and phone on its documents — a receipt from one branch should give that branch's number, not head office's.
Set them in Workspace → Users & roles → Stores: select the pencil icon next to a store, then fill in Address and Phone. Leave either blank to use the business's.
The business name is never replaced. Documents from a branch show your business name with the branch name after it.
