Is the free plan really free?
Yes — free forever, no card. You get invoicing, the dashboard and the core tools, with limits on how many clients and invoices you keep. Upgrade only when you outgrow them.
What currency will I pay in?
Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Paystack in Ghana cedis, so you'll be charged the cedi equivalent.
How long does setup take?
A couple of minutes. Name your business, pick your currency and country, and you can raise your first invoice on the same screen.
Can my staff have their own logins?
Yes. Add them under Users & roles and choose exactly which modules each person sees — a cashier need not see payroll.
Do my clients need an account?
No. Every invoice and quote has a share link that opens in any browser, with a download button on it.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. It's the same app on a phone, tablet or laptop — no separate install, nothing to update.
What about more than one shop?
Add each branch and warehouse, then switch between them from the sidebar. Stock, sales and reports all follow the branch you're in.
