Check stock levels
See what's in stock at each store, what's running low or expiring, and every movement in a product's history.
Stock → Inventory shows how many of each tracked product you have. If you have more than one store, it shows the store you're working in — switch store at the top of the menu to see another.
The Inventory page
Three figures at the top:
- Products — how many tracked products there are.
- Low stock — how many are at or below their reorder level.
- Stock value — the units in stock multiplied by each product's sale price.
The list shows each product's Unit price, Reorder at level, Expiry date and In stock count:
| Label | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Green | In stock |
| · low (amber) | At or below the reorder level |
| · out (red) | None left |
With several stores, a product whose store count differs from the business-wide total shows both — for example 12 of 40.
Search by product name at the top. The page updates by itself when stock moves — a sale, a delivery, or another person's adjustment.
Expiry dates
Products with an expiry date show it in the Expiry column:
- amber with the days left — for example · 12d — when it's within 30 days
- red · expired once the date has passed
Notifications
The bell at the top of the app lists:
- products at or below their low stock threshold
- products expired or expiring within 30 days
- overdue invoices
A product's movement history
Select the history icon (clock) next to a product to see every change to its stock, newest first:
| Entry | What it means |
|---|---|
| Received | Opening stock, stock added by hand or a purchase order received |
| Sold | A sale at the Point of Sale |
| Refunded | Returned to stock by a refund |
| Adjusted | Stock taken out by hand |
| Transferred out / in | Sent to another store, received from one, or returned from a transfer |
Each entry shows who did it, the store, when, the change (for example −3) and the business-wide balance after it. Notes — such as a purchase order number or the reason for an adjustment — appear beside the entry.
Good to know
- Only tracked products appear on the Inventory page. Switch Track stock on for a product to count it.
- Change the reorder level in the product, or in the Adjust window.
