Warehouses
Keep stock in places that don't sell — a depot or stockroom — and move it to your stores when needed.
A warehouse holds stock but never sells. It doesn't appear at the till or in the store switcher. Manage warehouses in Stock → Warehouses.
Add a warehouse
Open Stock → Warehouses and select New warehouse.
Enter a Name — for example Tema Depot — and optionally an Address and Phone.
Select Add warehouse.
The list shows each warehouse's Products (how many different products it holds) and Units held.
Get stock into a warehouse
Stock moves into and out of a warehouse with transfers:
- Receive or add the stock at one of your stores.
- Open Stock → Stock transfers and select New transfer.
- Choose the store as From and the warehouse as To, and send it.
- When the goods arrive, open the transfer and select Confirm receipt. The stock is added to the warehouse only then.
Move it back out to a store the same way, with the warehouse as From — the store confirms receipt.
Edit or delete
- Edit — select the pencil icon to change the name, address or phone.
- Delete — select the bin icon. A warehouse that still holds stock can't be deleted: transfer everything out first, so the movement is recorded.
Good to know
- Warehouses don't count as stores on your package, and you can't sell from one.
- Stock in warehouses is included in each product's business-wide total.
- Who can manage warehouses depends on your role. People without permission don't see the edit and delete buttons.
