Activity log
See who did what, where and when — sign-ins, deletions, refunds, stock adjustments and permission changes.
Workspace → Activity is your business's audit trail. It records the events that matter for money and security, so you can answer "who changed this?" later.
What's recorded

| Money out | Deleted an expense, created, completed or deleted a payroll run |
| Settings and team | Changed tax or discount defaults, changed role permissions, changed a member's role, deleted a store |
| Package | Renewed, switched, cancelled or kept the package |
Reading an entry
Each entry shows:
- What happened, with details — for example the invoice number and amount, or the reason for a stock adjustment.
- A figure where it matters — a stock change such as −3, or a till count that was short or over.
- Who did it, which store, and when.
Entries are coloured so the important ones stand out: red for deletions and permission or role changes, amber for adjustments, refunds and similar.
The page shows the latest 100 events, newest first.
Good to know
- Entries can't be edited or deleted from the app.
- Who can see it? Roles with Audit logs permission. It isn't included in every package.
- Deleted records still leave their entry — including amounts that had been collected against a deleted invoice.
