Sessions
See the devices you're signed in on, and sign out a lost or shared one.
Workspace → Sessions lists every device where you're signed in, so you can sign out one you no longer use — before a staff phone goes missing rather than after.
Turn it on
Sessions is off until the business switches it on, because it shows IP addresses and devices.
Open Workspace → Settings and expand Store settings.
Switch on Session management and select Save changes.
Sessions then appears in the Workspace menu.
See your devices
Each session shows:
- the device and browser, with This device on the one you're using
- when it was last active, its IP address, and when it signed in
Sign out a device
- One device — select Sign out beside it.
- Everywhere else — select Sign out other devices. You stay signed in on this one.
Lost phone or shared password?
A signed-out device can keep working for up to an hour on pages it has already loaded. Change your password as well in Profile.
