Settings

A tour of every section in Settings — invoices, tax, templates, printers, stores and staff self-service.

Workspace → Settings controls how your business, documents and till behave. Select a section to expand it, make changes, and select Save changes in that section.

Primary invoice settings

Default currencyThe currency new invoices, sales and expenses use
Date formatHow dates appear on documents, for example Jun 28, 2026 or 28/06/2026
Tax ID label and Tax ID numberFor example TIN and your number, printed on documents
Invoice number prefix and Next invoice numberHow invoices are numbered, for example INV-1001

Company details

Your logo, business name, address, country, signature and footer note — what appears at the top and bottom of invoices, quotes and receipts. See Company details.

Discount & tax

SettingWhat it does
Default discount typeWhether a new invoice's discount starts as a Fixed amount or a Percentage
Default tax rate (%)Filled in as tax on new invoices, and charged on every till sale

Changing the tax rate changes what the Point of Sale charges from the next sale. Cashiers can't change it at the till. Changes are recorded in Workspace → Activity.

Template & PDF

The Invoice template, the POS receipt template, and what's printed on PDFs: Notes, Signature and Paid stamp. See Invoice templates and PDF and Receipts and printers.

Printers & scanner

The Paper size for invoices, quotes and reports, and Barcode scanner — whether a USB or Bluetooth scanner can add products at the till. See Barcode scanners.

Store settings
