Packages and billing
What each package includes, how paying works, and how to upgrade, downgrade or cancel.
Stock Manager Pro has four packages. Start free, and move up when your business needs more. Manage yours in Workspace → Billing.
The packages
| Free | Pro | Advanced | Enterprise | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Price per month | $0 | $3.99 | $5.99 | $14.99 |
| Stores | 1 | 1 | 5 | 10 |
| Users (including you) | 1 | 2 | 5 | 10 |
| Point of Sale, Sales and Returns | — | — | — | Yes |
The Billing page shows each package in full — including limits on clients and invoices and which modules are included — and always has the current prices.
Prices are in US dollars
Payments are processed by Paystack in Ghana cedis, so you'll be charged the cedi equivalent.
Upgrade
Open Workspace → Billing.
On the package you want, select Upgrade to (package name).
Check the price, then select Continue to payment.
Pay on the Paystack page with your card or mobile money. You'll come back to Billing with a message confirming your new package.
How paying works
- Each payment covers one month. Your package's end date is shown on the Billing page.
- Nothing is taken automatically. When the month ends, renew to keep your package. You'll see a reminder when it has 7 days or less to run.
- Card and mobile money details go to Paystack, not to Stock Manager Pro.
Downgrade or cancel
- Move to a cheaper paid package: select Downgrade to (package name) on it. It switches straight away, and the time you've already paid for carries over.
- Cancel: select Cancel plan on your current package. It stays active until its end date, then your account moves to Free. There are no further charges.
- Changed your mind? Select Keep (package name) before the end date.
Coupon codes
If you have a coupon code, enter it in the Coupon code box on the Billing page (or during setup). Coupons can grant a package for a set period.
Billing history
The bottom of the Billing page lists every payment: the package, a reference, the payment method, the amount and whether it succeeded.
If a payment goes wrong
- "Payment didn't complete" — your package hasn't changed. If your bank or mobile money shows a charge anyway, contact support with the reference, and don't pay again.
- "We couldn't confirm this payment" — if you were charged, the money is safe and your package will be applied once the payment is verified. Don't pay again; contact support with the reference.
To contact support, use Support → Help & support in the app, or see Contact us.
Good to know
- Team members don't pay. If you work in someone else's business, its package covers you — the Billing page shows what it includes, with nothing to buy.
- Usage meters at the top of Billing show how many clients, invoices, stores and users you're using against your package's limits.
- Hit a limit? The button for whatever you're adding offers an upgrade instead.
