Register sessions
Each time a register was opened and closed: when, at which store, the balance brought forward, float, sales, expected cash, counted cash and variance.
| Variance | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Green | The count matched |
| Red, negative | The drawer was short |
| Amber, positive | The drawer was over |
| Open | Not closed yet, so nothing has been counted |
The reason given for a shortage or overage appears under the session's time.
